Before inviting Jeanne into the server, make sure she has the following permissions enabled:

Attach Files	Manage Nicknames	Manage Channels
External Emojis	Ban members	Manage Server
Application commands	Manage Messages	Manage Emojis and Stickers
Read Messages/View Channels	Manage Roles	Manage Threads
	Read Message History
	Administrator (User only)

You are welcome to give administrator permission to Jeanne but I do not highly recommend it. Give it to her at your own risk as I am not responsible for any damage caused on your server if misused.
