⚠️ NOTE: If you are caught violating one of these rules, serious actions such as an XP reset or botban will be made.

🤖 Selfbotting Activity Selfbotting for intents of farming XP or QP is prohibited and might result in an immediate reset or botban. This also includes autotypers, macros, or anything that enables automation of commands.

🔑 Use of Alt Accounts There are no limits to the use of alt accounts. However, if you are caught using alts to bypass botbans or farm currency and frequently asking to transfer to your alt (such as 'I lost my account password' stories), you will be botbanned.

🚫 Racism, Homophobia, and Sexism Using Jeanne to promote racism, homophobia, and sexism will not be tolerated!

🗣️ Defamation and Reputation Harm Spreading rumors and false reports about Jeanne (such as calling it a nuke bot), causing unwanted drama, or attacking me or contributors and Jeanne is punishable.

🔞 Use of Illicit Tags If you are caught using illicit tags while using the NSFW commands (such as using loli, shota, children, etc.), it will result in an immediate botban.

🛡️ Misuse of Moderation and Manage Commands Commands related to moderation and server/user management are used at your own risk. The developer is not responsible for misuse unless Discord has warned the developer.

🔍 Always Report Exploits Exploits can be found in almost all bots. Please report them immediately! Failure to do so will result in punishments such as an immediate botban.

💰 Buying Jeanne Under no circumstances, Jeanne (including her token) is not for sale.

🔒 Privacy Policy

This document entails the privacy policy and agreement that you accept when adding Jeanne (Bot ID 831993597166747679) to a server, or as a member of such a server. This document does not supersede the Developer Terms of Service, Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

📚 Data Collection

Main data is stored in an SQLite Database. The data is backed up in cases of server upgrades, writing or removing data and updates for the bot to prevent loss and damage. All data can only be accessed by the bot's developer. In the event of unintentional data loss or alteration, the developer will try to compensate affected users.

🔐 User IDs, Server IDs, and Channel IDs

User IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs are the main data stored and kept privately in the database and secured. However, it's important to note that data security is not always 100% guaranteed. The data is not sold or given to unauthorized 3rd parties unless required by law or Terms of Service.

📝 Data Registration

The user's or server's data is not registered in the database if:

• The user has not sent a message in the server or is sending messages in ignored channels and direct messages between them and the bot or in a channel where the bot cannot view.

• A certain command required to add/enter data in the database has not been used at least once.

• The user has been banned from using the bot.

🔍 Data Accessing

Data can be accessed, but access is limited to anyone except the bot developer, as he has full access to all kinds of data. Level and rank data can be accessed freely, but data such as inventory can only be accessed by the main user. Sensitive data can be made private or public depending on how authorized personnel see fit, and will only be logged to their own servers.

❌ Removal of Data

Users are free to request the removal of their data by joining the support server or contacting the bot developer via email at [e-mail], providing valid reasons.
