BOTBAN Bans a user from using Jeanne EVER again. NOTE: When a user is botbanned, all their data in the database except warnings and timed bans they have will be deleted. They will no longer farm XP and QP and use any command in the bot as they are rendered useless to them. They are botbanned PERMANENTLY and they are unable to appeal their botbans. SYNC Syncs the commands globally so that current and new servers are able to use them Command: j!sync
